- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our bonsai trees, but please note that each tree is unique, and the product you receive may slightly differ from the images shown.
- Availability of products is subject to change, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be placed through our online store and are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer flat-rate shipping and use high-quality packaging to ensure your bonsai arrives safely.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday will be shipped to arrive before the weekend. Orders placed after this time may be shipped the following Monday.
- We do not ship internationally, including to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
5. Returns & Refunds
- We guarantee that our bonsai trees are healthy and well-established upon shipping.
- If your tree arrives damaged or unhealthy, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement.
- Refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion, and we may require photos of the product for verification.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified if it has already been processed or shipped.
- If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Nursery Tree Wholesalers is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or improper care of the bonsai after delivery.
- By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that bonsai trees require ongoing care, and their health depends on proper maintenance.
